This sweet cat arrived at the shelter as a stray. He loves a good window seat and a little attention.
One of this week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society is Kit, a three to four-year-old cat who arrived at the shelter as a stray and was never reclaimed.
Now he's ready to find a family of his own.
Kit loves head scratches, attention and chatting with anyone who will listen.
“When he's not busy having a conversation, he enjoys relaxing by the window and watching the world go by,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News.
Kit is fully vaccinated, neutered and pending a microchip and dewormer.
If you're looking for a sweet, talkative companion who appreciates a good window seat, Kit may be your guy.
Canoe is a none to 10-month-old Blue Heeler mix who is full of energy and personality.
“She loves people, attention and playtime and would be a great match for an active family,” Serena said.
“She's still a young pup, so she'll need patience and consistency with potty training, leash manners, basic commands and house manners.
“In return, you'll get a fun-loving companion ready to learn and grow right alongside you.”
Canoe is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed.
