This happy fun size Chihuahua Terrier mix needs a family to love.

Butter Mint

One of this week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society is Butter Mint, a two-year-old female Chihuahua Terrier mix.

“This little sweetheart is fun size, weighing in at only 28 pounds,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News. “She is very dog friendly and lives to play.”

Butter Mint does not like cats and is a bit of an escape artist, squeezing out of small gaps and climbing over chain link fences.

Butter Mint walks well on a leash and loves attention from women and kids (sorry guys).

She is not fully housebroken (but won’t not poop inside, so yay!).

Butter Mint is spayed, fully vaccinated, wormed, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention.

She has been at the shelter since February. Spa is a three-year-old female domestic longhair.

Spa

“She has a short coat right now because she had ringworm and we had to shave her,” Serena said. “She is over the ringworm and is ready to find her forever home.”

Spa is friendly and likes to roam around.

She has received her FVRCP vaccine and is microchipped and litterbox trained.

“She is not yet spayed, but we will make her an appointment at the time of her adoption,” Serena said.
