This easy chocolate chip banana bread is just what you need on a chilly day.

Nothing pairs better than chocolate and bananas. And when it comes in bread form, well, that’s just pure heaven.


This easy recipe is made using only one bowl, making cleanup a snap!


WHAT’S IN IT


3 ripe bananas


1/2 cup melted butter


1/2 cup sour cream


2 large eggs


1 cup granulated sugar


1 teaspoon vanilla


1 teaspoon baking soda


1 teaspoon salt


1 1/2 cups flour


1/2 cup chocolate chips


HOW TO MAKE IT


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


Prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan using cooking spray with flour.


In large bowl mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the melted butter and sour cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla.


Add the baking soda, salt and flour until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.


Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
