These hydrogel eye patches are not only soothing, they seriously diminish puffiness.

I received a fantastic Christmas gift from Lyndsi Hussey, a local sales director for Mary Kay cosmetics.

Packaged inside a lovely box were a couple of nice bottles of face creams and a small bottle of hydrogel eye patches.

I was intrigued.

One of the biggest battles I face is puffy eyes, and the older I get, the worse it seems to become.

I often look tired even when I’m well-rested.

So before a recent date night with The Husband, I decided to open the bottle and see if those eye patches worked.

They did. Extremely well.

What I love most about this product is its cooling effect. I could feel the hydration seeping into my skin.

I let the patches soak in while I got dressed and fixed my hair, and about 30 minutes later, I took them off and was amazed at the difference.

The puffiness was diminished and I no longer looked like I needed a nap.

I sent Lyndsi a text to tell her how much I loved it!

She told me that the eye patches draw on the moisturizing power of glycerin, a powerful humectant known to moisturize the skin and help with loss of hydration. The product is also dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive eyes.

A bottle with 30 pairs cost $40 plus tax and it’s worth every penny.

I have used several other brands of eye patches over the years and I haven’t found anything that feels and works this good.

Try it. You won’t be sorry.

Since I am all about eyes these days, I’m going to tell you about another fabulous product I just started using that literally has me jumping for joy!

Watch for it on Thursday!
