Holiday savings: Local Black Friday deals are underway. Here’s how you can save.

The start of the holiday shopping season officially gets underway this weekend and local businesses are offering their best deals of the year with mega-savings on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday.

I spoke with several local business owners who are offering great deals all week.

Chick Elms Grand Entry will offer customers a chance to save all week with great deals starting Monday, Nov. 24.

There will be doorbusters from 7:30-10 a.m. with discounts on Yeti, Stanley, Case Knives and Weber Grill accessories.

A sidewalk sale will feature holiday garland, Christmas ornaments and décor.

Dowell rewards members will receive triple points on every purchase.

TEXAS SAGE NURSERY

Black Friday deals at Texas Sage Nursery include this doorbuster: The first 15 customers through the door get 50% off any item of their choice and a free gift.

In addition, customers that spend $75 get 25% off purchase; those who spend $150 get 30% and if you spend $250 you get 40% off.

THE WATER SHOP
