There are 59 cats and 40 dogs that need new homes. Here’s how you can help.
The Erath County Humane Society could use a little help finding new homes for the 59 cats and 40 dogs currently residing at the animal shelter.
This week’s featured pets include Banker, a three-year-old cat that has been neutered and microchipped.
“He loves people and likes his belly to be rubbed,” said ECHS executive director Serena Wright. “He is not good with other cats or dogs and needs to be kept inside.”
Mable is a two-year-old pit mix that has been fully vaccinated and microchipped.
“She is very loving and likes attention,” Wright said. “She is kennel-trained and good with other dogs.”
To meet Banker, Mable and the other dogs and cats up for adoption, stop by the animal shelter at 891 East Road in Stephenville.
