Stephenville’s recently renovated commercial property is hosting an open house and you’re invited to tour the new space.

The public is invited to an open house at Project 1885, a newly-renovated space located at 118 E. College Street in Stephenville.

The event will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8.

Residents will have an opportunity to tour the space and learn about leasing opportunities.

Maynard Property Investment developed Project 1885 - a 5,072 square foot, two-story structure aimed at revitalizing downtown Stephenville.

Originally constructed in 1885, this landmark limestone building has been restored and the first floor is now available for lease.

The 2,500 square foot space with access to a covered back patio is ideal for retail, coffee or sandwich shops.

The company is currently accepting letters of intent.
