Say hi to Wendy and Skittles. They are this week’s featured pets.
Wendy is a two-year-old pit mix up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society.
“She is very people-friendly,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News. “She loves a big comfy bed and is a good snuggler.”
Wendy has a lot of energy and would be best suited for someone with an active lifestyle and patient enough to work with her on a leash.
Wendy is fully vaccinated and microchipped.
Skittles in an eight-month-old female kitten described as “lovable and playful.”
“She loves to be held and loves her kitty toys,” Wright said.
You can meet Wendy, Skittles and the other 51 dogs and 42 cats that need a home by stopping by the animal shelter located at 891 East Road in Stephenville.
