It’s the most wonderful time of the year and if you’re looking for easy, delicious ways to entertain your guests this holiday season, these appetizers are for you.

GARLIC MOZZARELLA PUFFS
1 sheet puff pastry
200 g grated mozzarella cheese
3 garlic cloves
½ tsp oregano
100 g of bacon
1 egg (for brushing)
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
HOW TO MAKE IT
Mix cheese, garlic, oregano salt and pepper; spread evenly on pastry sheet.
Cut pastry with pizza cutter in quarters and then strips; roll and squish down with fingers.
Brush with egg wash
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown at 350 degrees.
Garnish with chopped parsley and flakey salt.
SAUSAGE ROLL SWIRLS
1 lb. sausage
Salt, pepper and thyme to taste
Prepared chutney
HOW TO MAKE IT
Lay out one pastry sheet and spread uncooked sausage on half of the pastry sheet.
Spread chutney over sausage mixture and lift the other half of the pastry sheet to cover.
Slice and twist.
Brush with egg mixture and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until sausage is cooked through.
Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with rosemary and sesame seeds.
