Rise and shine with this delicious sausage, egg and cheese breakfast bake.

This recipe screams one word: Brunch!

It’s easy, delicious and should be enjoyed with a perfectly-poured mimosa!


WHAT’S IN IT

8 eggs, whisked

1 1/2 cups milk or half and half

1 cup shredded Colby/jack cheese

1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and drained

6 slices of English muffins

HOW TO MAKE IT

Whisk eggs, milk and cheese.

Add cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage. Whisk well.

Line a baking dish with English muffins cut in halves. Pour mixture over muffins and top with a little more shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees covered for 40 minutes.
