Revitalize Dublin, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to beautification, community development and economic growth will host its 3rd annual fundraiser on Saturday, April 25, at The Majestic on Grafton (Shenanigans Irish Pub).
Guests will enjoy a high-energy performance by One Headlight Band, known for bringing the best of the ’90s to life, barbecue, silent auction and the Mr. legs contest – a crowd favorite.
Doors open at 5 p.m., with live music beginning at 7.
The event is free and open to the public and there is a limited number of VIP tables available for purchase for those who want an enhanced experience.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will directly support the organization’s ongoing efforts, including:
* A homeowner matching grant program for exterior improvements such as
windows, fencing, porches and paint.
• Community beautification projects, including citywide cleanup support and other improvement efforts.
Last year, Revitalize Dublin helped 11 homeowners and distributed nearly $5,000
through its matching grant program.
The organization also supported community cleanups with roll-off dumpsters and enhanced downtown with “Welcome to Dublin” banners.
• Local economic support through partnerships with area suppliers and contractors
“Our goal is simple — to improve Dublin by assisting homeowners with costs associated with home repairs, to keep beautiful, vibrant and growing,” said vice president Lori Beggs.
“This fundraiser allows us to continue investing directly back into our community.”
