WHAT YOU NEED
Pre-made naan bread or pita
Hummus
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 tbsp Greek seasoning
1 ½ cup diced tomato
½ English cucumber, diced
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
Tzatziki
Feta cheese
HOW TO MAKE IT
Mix hamburger with Greek seasoning and shape into small patties or meatballs.
Cook thoroughly in skillet.
Mix tomatoes, cucumber, oil, dill and salt.
To assemble, spread a portion of hummus on naan or pita.
Top with meatballs or patties and cucumber mixture.
Garnish with tzatziki and feta crumbles.
