Do you know a healthcare worker whose compassion to patients and dedication to the profession are worthy of public recognition?
If so, now is your chance to nominate them for January’s “Hometown Hero” sponsored by Leslie Walker Farmers Insurance Agency.

Please include information about the healthcare worker you are nominating and don’t forget to include your name and phone number.
Nominations can also be mailed to Farmers Insurance, Attn: Erath County Heroes, 155 N Graham #102, Stephenville TX 76401.
The nominations will be evaluated by a panel of judges and the winner will receive a certificate of appreciation, gift certificate to a local business, gift basket and treats for their coworkers.
