New cases of COVID-19, hospitalizations continue to decline in Erath County.
Erath County officials on Wednesday released its latest report of COVID-19, which shows a fairly rapid decline in the number of new cases that has plagued the area for weeks.
The reports states that there were only eight new cases across the area, making the total number of active cases 157.
Of those active cases, 78 are in Stephenville, 38 in Dublin and 41 in the county.
Local hospitalizations have dropped to 11.
