A Stephenville girl with a history of running away has now been missing for nearly three weeks, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has joined the effort to find her.

“We are still investigating all leads,” Lt. James Gresham with the Stephenville Police Department told Beneath the Surface News. “She is a 13-year-old girl out in the world alone and we want her home safe.”

Kaylee was reported missing by her father on Sept. 23, less than one month after she had been found after a previous runaway.

Anyone with information about Kaylee’s possible whereabouts is urged to call the SPD at 254-918-1273 or Erath County Crime Stoppers at 254-965-CASH.
