Meet Awesome and Shotzy. They are this week’s featured pets.

Two more unique names are attached to this week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society.
Awesome is a one-year-old pit mix.
“Awesome is exactly that – awesome,” said ECHS executive director Serena Wright. “He is friendly, energetic and loves to play.”
Awesome needs a little work with a leash, but is motivated by treats
(I mean, who isn’t?!)
He is microchipped and fully vaccinated.
SHOTZY
This male cat is one to two years old.
“He is a little lazy and would make a really good snuggle buddy,” Wright said.
There are currently 42 cats and 75 dogs up for adoption at the animal shelter.
