The wait is finally over.

Lucky Brewing Co. is set to host its grand opening this weekend, giving the public the first taste of its craft brews.

The beer garden and six-tap brew trailer will be open from 4-9 p.m. Friday and 12-9 p.m. Saturday.

There will be live music by Steve Selinksy from 6-8 p.m. on Friday and music by Ira Goodman from 7-9 p.m. on Saturday.

The craft brewery is located at Lucky Vines Vineyard and Winery in Dublin, but is not part of the tasting room.

Owners Jeff and Kimberly Hutchins told Beneath the Surface News that they have spent the past year perfecting their beers, which include Emerald Isle IPA, Bunnyfoot Blonde, Lucky Light, Dublin's Cherry Limeade Seltzer (an alcoholic seltzer made from Dublin Bottling Works cherry limeade) and Key Lime Pie Sour.

“All of our Lucky brews are made on site,” Jeff said. “Ryan Hoffman will serve as head brewer, overseeing the production of all the beers we will be serving on tap.”

I had a chance to attend the brewery’s soft opening last weekend and it was amazing.

The beer garden is absolutely stunning; situated around a huge oak tree wrapped in twinkle lights that provides plenty of shade for the seating area.

It truly is a unique place to enjoy a cold beer and I hope you check it out.

Additional beers that will be introduced to the public soon include Helles Yeah and "Luck In" Bock Texas Lager.
