Not only is this recipe full of flavor, it’s lean and green and made with simple ingredients.

 

If you’re watching your carbs, substitute white rice for cauliflower rice.

WHAT YOU NEED

 

1 lb. ground beef, lean

 

White rice

 

3 green onions

 

2 tbsp soy sauce

 

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

 

1 tsp ginger

 


2 cloves garlic

 

2 tsp sesame oil

 

1 tbsp Gochujang 

 

1 tbsp brown sugar

 

English cucumber

 

Carrots

 

 

Sesame seeds

 

Pickled onion

 

Kimchi

 

Sriracha Mayo

 

Serve with soft boiled eggs for extra richness and protein.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE IT

 

Brown ground beef in skillet, add green onion and sauce.

 

Prepare rice and add rice wine vinegar.

 

Top with fresh veggies and egg if desired.
