A familiar face in the world of banking has joined Members Trust in Stephenville.

Kelli Horry made the move to Members Trust last week and says she is enjoying the experience.

“Members Trust is very customer orientated; customers come first here and I appreciate that,” Kelli told Beneath the Surface News.

Kelli has been in banking for 35 years, working almost exclusively in mortgage lending.

“Banking was my first job out of college,” she said. “Being on the mortgage side and helping people achieve their dream of owning a home is very rewarding.

“It’s such an important thing in people’s lives and I love being a part of that.”

Kelli is no stranger to Erath County. She grew up in Dublin and graduated from Tarleton State University in 1985 with a degree in business.

Brian Gilbert, president of Members Trust of the Southwest Federal Credit Union, said he is happy that Kelli has joined the team.

“Kelli brings so much knowledge in real estate lending along with knowledge of the Stephenville area,” Gilbert said. “We look forward to Kelli utilizing her skills in serving our members.”

Members Trust offers a wide variety of services including construction, home equity and refinance loans.

Call Kelli at 254-552-7124 or email Kellyh@mtfcu.coop.

I had an experience with Synchrony Bank's customer service that left much to be desired. The representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my issues, find customer service contacts on Synchrony Bank phone number . I encountered long wait times, which only added to my frustration. Overall, the lack of effective communication and support made the process tedious and unsatisfactory. I expected a higher level of service, especially given the importance of customer satisfaction in the banking industry.
