The Stephenville Knights of Columbus Council 10816 is preparing to host its inaugural Hispanic fall festival.

The full day of exciting events will take place from 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

The festival will include a boxing tournament, live music, beer garden, Aztec dancers, petting zoo and pony rides.

“We’re excited to invite the community to the inaugural Hispanic fall festival - a day filled with food, music and family fun,” Grand Knight Raymond Meneses told Beneath the Surface News.

“Our community is blessed to have many celebrations and this is just another opportunity to come together.

“Knights of Columbus Council 10816 hosts several events throughout the year to further our mission of providing Catholic men a way to strengthen their faith and serve the church, their families and the community.”

Admission is free, but there will be a cost for food, goods and some activities.

Proceeds will benefit local non-profit organizations.
