Erath County Vaccination Center set to reopen Thursday and Friday; number of active cases drops.

If you are anxious to get the vaccine for Covid-19, cross your fingers.

If you’re lucky, you’ll receive one of those sought-after calls this week informing you that it’s your turn.

After a weather hiatus last week, the Erath County Vaccination Center is set to reopen on Thursday and Friday in the Bosque River Center.

“The county has received a shipment of the vaccine and it’s in storage,” Stephenville’s health authority Dr. Kelly Doggett told Beneath the Surface News.

Meanwhile, Erath County emergency management coordinator Susan Driskill on Tuesday reported 20 new cases; six in Stephenville, four in Dublin and 10 in the county.

There are now six local hospitalizations and 38 active cases.
