In honor of National Police Week, the Erath County Texas Farm Bureau Insurance agents have invited local law enforcement agencies to join them for lunch at the restaurant at Littlejohn Produce on Friday.
Everyone will be treated to a fish buffet.
“At Texas Farm Bureau Insurance, we talk about being local and embracing rural values,” agent Ricky Thurman told Beneath the Surface News. “We hope that shows in this small gesture to our local law enforcement agencies.
“We never want our law enforcement officers to forget they are appreciated for what they do and the sacrifices both they and their families make on a regular basis as they serve and protect us.”
