Erath County grand jury indicts former IT director accused of stealing more than $1 million from Dublin ISD.

An Erath County grand jury on Thursday indicted 12 people, including the former director of Dublin ISD’s information and technology department who is accused of stealing more than $1 million from the school district.
Craig Wayne Parks was indicted for making a false statement in order to obtain property/credit over $300,000, theft of services over $300,000 and money laundering over $300,000, all first degree felonies.
Parks was released from the Erath County Jail after posting a $150,000 bond.

Jon Douglas Black for two counts of driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony.
Marcus McQuade Burnett for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.
Angeles Ramiro Canales for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, a third degree felony.
Glenn Turner Harris for harassment of a public servant, a third degree felony.
Thomas Colten Jackson for continuous violence against the family, a third degree felony.
Jessica Dennise Jeffrey for driving while intoxicated with child passenger, a state jail felony.
Christopher James Johnson for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.
Jose Fulgencio Luna for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony.
Cesar Agustin Solano-Soto for assault of a peace officer, a second degree felony.
Paul William Standridge IV for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a state jail felony.
