El Corral Mexican Grill & Bar launches new happy hour. Think 20% off cocktails, beer and apps!

El Corral Mexican Grill and Bar is kicking off the weekend with an all-new happy hour!
Beginning today, customers will enjoy 20% off all house drinks, beer and appetizers from 2-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Carolina Medrano who owns the restaurant with her husband Santos Medrano and the couple’s business partner Juan Flores, told Beneath the Surface News that customers have been asking for happy hour, and with their second restaurant now open, the timing is right.
El Corral’s expansive menu of authentic Mexican food includes fajitas, tacos, ceviche, nachos, Mexican steak and chile rellenos.
Of course, it’s impossible to enjoy Mexican food without a margarita and El Corral specializes in great cocktails as well.
Think whisky sour, Mexican martinis, Micheladas with shrimp, sangria, wine and beer (you can even get a bucket).
“Our customers love fancy cocktails with the good stuff, so we have expanded our cocktail menu,” Carolina said.
A couple of El Corral’s most famous margs include The Siesta, a two-tiered creation that includes a delicious (and very large) strawberry margarita with a second layer (in a separate glass) of mangonada.
The cocktail is topped with a Coronarita, tamarindo straw and small bottle of Jose Cuervo.
El Corral is open seven days a week.
Its weekend menu includes dishes you won’t find anywhere else like menudo and lamb and beef barbacoa.
El Corral has two locations in Stephenville at 1050 East Washington Street and 2847 West Washington Street.
