The Dublin Volunteer Fire Department is hoping to raise a little money this weekend when it hosts a concession stand and hamburger meal deal to raise money for new equipment.
Stop by the Dublin City Park to enjoy a burger, chips and drink for $8 beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday and all day Saturday (during a softball tournament).
Volunteer firefighter Zach Hagoood told Beneath the Surface News that the department needs new fire gear and money for other expenses.
“We will also have a full concession stand,” he said. “We will have nachos, hotdogs, candy, chips, pickles ad Frito pie.”
Stop by and support these local volunteers.
