Drug possession, theft, assault on a public servant top Erath County indictments.

An Erath County grand jury has indicted 12 people on a variety of charges ranging from drug possession and theft to assaulting a public servant.
Those indicted include:
· Michaelangelo Amaya for theft (with two prior convictions), a state jail felony
· Antonia Calvin for possession of a controlled substance, a third degree felony
· Ivan Ian Chavez for possession of a substance, a state jail felony
· Dennis Erin Cunningham or possession of a substance, a state jail felony, and tampering with physical evidence, a third degree felony
· Brayan Thomas Duke for tampering with physical evidence, a third degree felony
• Julian Iribarren for possession of a substance, a third degree felony
· Timothy William Kennedy for possession of a substance, a third degree felony
· Gabriella Ayisha Lazarine for possession of a substance, a state jail felony
· Clinton John Miller for possession of a substance, a state jail felony
· Erika Lizabeth Padron-Olvera for two counts of credit or debit card abuse, a state jail felony, and theft (over $2,500), a state jail felony
· Amanda Rebecca Stephens for two counts of credit or debit card abuse, a state jail felony
· Raymond Thompson III for assault on a public service, a third degree felony.
