I love biscuits and gravy.
But I am always baffled that so many people take the time to make a delicious gravy, only to use canned biscuits.
So, ditch ‘em!
Homemade biscuits are easier to make than you might think.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 stick of butter
3/4 cup whole milk
HOW TO MAKE THEM
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt; grate in the entire stick of butter and mix.
Pour in milk and mix again.
Drop biscuits on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Every corner feels like a new challenge as I try to stay on the track in the drift boss game while the music plays in my ears. I hope I can finally beat my high score today and show my friends how far I can go without falling off.
As a mother of two, balancing cooking, childcare and family responsibilities, a part-time job in Dubai isn’t easy at all. I always prefer easy recipes, but I make sure everything I prepare is homemade, even the snacks for my kids. Every Sunday, I make biscuits and other crispy treats for their snack packs for the week. Quick, homemade recipes like this are such a big relief. Thank you so much for sharing!
