A well-known orthopedic surgeon in Stephenville is being forced to close his practice after his medical license was suspended by the Texas Medical Board.
Dr. Bill Evans was reportedly informed about the decision on Thursday.
Several sources told Beneath the Surface News that Evans lost his medical license after giving an illegal medication to a pregnant woman.
Employees at CTO were informed that the office was closing on Friday.
The clinic’s patients are currently being notified.
