When you gather with family and friends to celebrate the Fourth of July, you should do it with a delicious cheesecake made by Lori Lesley, owner of Casseroles To-Go.
Every month, Lori offers a special “giveback” day benefiting a local organization; July’s recipient is CASA for the Cross Timbers Area.
CASA volunteers advocate for children involved in the child welfare system.
When you purchase one of Lori’s famous cheesecakes for $55, a portion of those proceeds will benefit the organization.
“Each cheesecake feeds 16 to 18 people and they freeze beautifully, but it’s doubtful there will be any left,” Lori told Beneath the Surface News.
There are 30 spots available for July 1 delivery, but you have to pre-order by calling or texting 254-485-1314.
And here’s something else, everyone who makes a pre-order will be entered into a drawing for a free cheesecake.
You won’t find a tastier deal anywhere else.
