Casseroles To-Go hosting give-back lunch benefiting Erath County Child Welfare Board.

Updated: Mar 22, 2022

Mark your calendar now for Wednesday, March 23.

That’s when Casseroles To-Go in Stephenville will host a give-back lunch benefiting the Erath County Child Welfare Board.

“I’m very excited about our March give-back lunch,” owner Lori Lesley told Beneath the Surface News. “The Erath County Child Welfare Board provides needed support to local children who fall under the umbrella of CPS care and its Rainbow Room provides the basic necessities for those children.” Lunch will include a brisket stuffed baked potato, salad and brownie for $12.

And here is the best part: Lori is donating the entire $12 to the board.

Josh Emmons with Double E Dirtwork Inc. is matching the amount of money raised.

Advance orders for lunch can be made by calling or texting Lori at 254-485-1314.

Oh, and Lori will be celebrating Casseroles To-Go’s five-year birthday that same day by giving out free cake and ice cream.

It doesn’t get any better than that!
