Candidate for city council hosting 3 meet-and-greets. (And the first involves burgers.)
Dean Parr is giving the public a chance to get to know him a little better with three upcoming meet-and-greets.
The candidate running for place 6 on the Stephenville City Council will host the first event from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, at Jake & Dorothy’s Café.
“I hope the public will come see me and let me buy them a $1 Jake’s burger,” Parr told Beneath the Surface News.
Parr said he is looking forward to meeting with voters and giving them a chance to ask him questions and discuss issues.
The second event – Pancakes with Parr – will be held from 7-9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13, at Peacocks No. 2 and the final event will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, April. 19, at Hearsay Wine Bar.
Election Day is Saturday, May 7.
