Bulls, brunch and a rodeo parade. It’s all going down in Stephenville this weekend.

Enjoy this at Newton's Saddlerack on Saturday when the downtown Stephenville restaurant hosts brunch.

It’s shaping up to be a big weekend in Stephenville.

Like, huge!

The Cowboy Capital of the World PRCA Rodeo takes place at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at Erath County’s new Fair Grounds Arena, located at 9461 US Hwy 67.

(I was there for The Show on Tuesday, and the new outdoor facility is super cool! You’ll love it!)

On Saturday, you won’t want to miss the rodeo parade at 10 a.m. at Stephenville City Park, then make your way over to Newton’s Saddlerack for brunch from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Think chicken fried New York strip and eggs with jalapeño cream gravy, stacked red chile enchiladas and eggs, crème brûlée French toast with Texas pecan syrup, homemade biscuits and sausage gravy and cowboy benedict.

Wash it all down with a mimosa, Bloody Mary, Michelada or sangria.

I’ve already made mine!
