Bubble the cat loves human interaction while this week’s featured dog is dreaming of a big yard.

One of this week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society is Bubble, a one to two-year-old male domestic shorthair.
“He is very people friendly and loves to cuddle,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News. “He seems a little shy in his kennel at times, but really loves human interaction.”
Bubble rides well in a car and when left home alone, but he has never been around dogs.
He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and litterbox trained.
Tootsie is a three to four-year-old female Aussie/Collie mix.

“This sweet lady was surrendered due to her owner's health. She is a little nervous in new environments, but warms up nicely,” Serena said. “She is such a sweet, lovable girl that loves attention and body scratches.”
Tootsie will chase livestock, but has never harmed any.
She is not dog reactive, but did not do well with a foster dog. A meet and greet is definitely recommended if you have other dogs. (No cats.)
Tootsie walks well on a leash and is crate-trained, but likes to be outside to run around.
Tootsie is spayed, partially vaccinated, heartworm negative and on prevention. She will need to get a rabies shot.
