Brooks and Pancake are this week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society.
This week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society include
Brooks, a four-year-old Black Lab.
“He is a very sweet boy and great with people and kids,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News. “He is very picky with dogs he gets along with, so a meet and greet is highly recommended.”
Brooks knows how to sit, shake and lay down. He is heartworm positive and has started treatment. He is not neutered, but he is microchipped.
“He loves head and neck scratches and wants attention,” Serena said. “He does well with other cats, but has never been around dogs. He is a little goofy looking with an underbite and 3/4 of a tail, but it just adds to his charm.”
Pancake is litter box trained and microchipped. You can meet Brooks and Pancake by stopping at the animal shelter located at 891 East Road in Stephenville.
