The start of a new year is underway and if getting into shape is at the top of your to-list, you’re going to want to keep scrolling.

Blessed Matai, owner of Makhuwa Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, is adding exercise to his bi-weekly live Facebook videos on Beneath the Surface News.

His first live video – set to debut at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 24 – will feature a short instructional class on Tabata, a high-intensity workout that involves short, intense exercise intervals followed by short periods of rest.

“The videos will be five to six minutes long, giving short lessons on Tabata that people can repeat all week,” Blessed said. “This workout will be modified to fit all body shapes, sizes and physical forms.

“There will be about three rounds with eight and twenty second cycles. No equipment is required and Tabata workouts are fast-paced and burn a lot of calories.”

Blessed said he will soon begin offering Tabata classes and Makhuwa. More info on that later.

He will also continue his self-defense demonstration videos on Beneath the Surface News, adding in the exercise rotation every other week.

I can’t wait to check it out!

I think exercise is a must for body shape and a healthy life, I'm very glad when I heard about the live workout program, I'm sure many people were pleased with it, if you care about your mental health as well as body health, sometimes entertain yourself, the easiest way to have fun is to play games like basketball legends, I'm sure many people like to play games and have fun playing games.
