Bella and Peridot are this week’s featured pets. And they are a couple of cuties.

Bella

This week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society include Bella, a one-year-old female Black Mouth Cur/Pit mix.

“She is a very sweet girl and is shy around new people, but it only takes a few days to warm up,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News. “She takes treats, is very gentle and rarely jumps on people. She is also good with cats and dogs.”

Bella is spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. She is also heart worm negative and on prevention medication.

Peridot

Peridot is a four-month-old female kitten.

“She is a very playful girl and super sweet,” Serena said.

Peridot is litter box trained, spayed and microchipped.

You can meet Bella, Peridot and the other 72 dogs, 27 cats and two rabbits up for adoption at the animal shelter located at 891 East Road in Stephenville.
