Art, vino?! Oh my! Ticket sales begin for 2nd annual wine walk in downtown Stephenville.
An exciting event featuring art and wine is coming back to downtown Stephenville this month and you should make plans to go.
The Wine & Art Walk, sponsored by the Stephenville Downtown Merchants and Cross Timbers Fine Arts Council, will feature wine, beer and cheese tastings and music and art at various downtown businesses from 2-6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24.
Tickets go on sale Sept. 1 and can be purchased here.
Presale tickets are $25 and $30 on the day of the event.
“This is a fantastic event and we are excited to be a part of it for the second year in a row,” Julie Lowrance, president of the Downtown Merchants, told Beneath the Surface News. “We will have musicians and artists doing live paintings.”
Participating downtown businesses will serve wine and beer from area locations like Lucky Vines Vineyard & Winery, Lucky Brewing Company, Brennan Vineyards, Silver Spur Winery, Bull Lion Winery, Bar Ditch Winery and Bluff Dale Vineyards.
The walk will begin at the downtown plaza.
Each paid admission will receive 15 tastings of their choice and commemorative wine glass.
It will be a fantastic day of art, wine and cheese tastings, and of course, shopping at favorite local businesses.
