A former quarterback for the Stephenville Yellow Jackets is being accused of sexual assault in an anonymous Instagram account – kaderenfroabuse - that has now gone viral.

The woman who made the account outlines a number of disturbing allegations against Renfro that include violent sexual assault, destruction of property and pictures of injuries she claims to have suffered during the attack.

The woman claims that Renfro sexually assaulted her in 2020 when she was just 16 years old. She said she contacted authorities following the assault, but nothing was done.

Renfro graduated from SHS in 2020 and went on to sign with Ole Miss, but never appeared in a game for the Rebels.

The next season he transferred to Arkansas as a backup quarterback for the Razorbacks, but was removed from the team on Thursday, one day after the allegations surfaced.

"Upon gaining knowledge of the allegations against a student-athlete earlier this week, we immediately informed the University's Title IX office of the allegations," the university’s athletic department said in a statement. "The student-athlete is no longer a member of the football team."

Captain James Gresham with the Stephenville Police Department said Friday that he is unaware of any local allegations being made against Renfro.

But in a lengthy post to the Instagram account, a woman who said she went to high school with Renfro, describes an alleged violent sexual incident she claims happened following a Yellow Jackets football game.

Since the Instagram account surfaced, several women have stepped forward to make similar allegations against Renfro.

Renfro has since deleted all of his social media accounts and has not been charged with any crime.
