2 teens indicted for deadly conduct after allegedly shooting into Lingleville residence.

An Erath County grand jury indicted nine individuals on Wednesday including two teenagers accused of shooting up an occupied home in Lingleville on Feb. 24, 2022.
Nineteen-year-old Eyli Mendez and nineteen-year-old Marcos Valle were each indicted for deadly conduct (discharge of a firearm), a third degree felony.
The suspects allegedly fired into a residence located in the 20700 block of FM 219 north near the Lingleville School. No one inside the home was injured.
Authorities identified Mendez and Valle as suspects through witness accounts.
Others indicted include:
· Amy Crystal Brown for driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third degree felony.
· Michelle Renee Burris for manufacture/delivery of a substance, a first degree felony.
· Michael Conley Day II for manufacture/delivery of a substance, a first degree felony.
· Shawn Clyde Kennedy manufacture/delivery of a substance, a first degree felony.
· Maribel Kimmel for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.
· Jose Dejesus Ortega for driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third degree felony.
· Scott Alan Wilkerson for manufacture/delivery of a substance, a second degree felony.
