Zonta Club hosting its 24th annual Penny Auction on Saturday and you’re invited.

It’s time to count those pennies! (Not literally though.)

The Zonta Club is gearing up for its 24th annual Penny Auction this weekend at the Stephenville Recreation Hall and the public is invited to attend an evening of high-entertainment and the chance to win some pretty sweet prizes.

Doors open at 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, but the fun begins at 6 p.m. with a silent auction that will include 20 items to bid on.

BUT DON’T BRING PENNIES!

Once the Penny Auction begins, cards will be sold for $10 each. The numbered chips will correspond to the cards, so money will never swap hands.

Food and drinks will be available at the concession stand so come hungry!
