You have no doubt seen the Sola Bagels obsession all over your social media feeds.

I finally got my hands on some last weekend, at an HEB in Austin and the Husband and I are obsessed.

One bagel is 110 calories and has 15 grams of protein, 30 grams of fiber, five grams net carbs and zero sugar.

Not bad.

And the best part? They are delicious and satisfy that carby craving we all know and love.

We purchased a package of the plain bagels and last night made mini pizzas with them, but there are several flavors to choose from like blu-berry, cinnamon raisin and "everything."

The plain version is so versatile and I am excited to use them for breakfast sandwiches (salmon and cream cheese and avocado toast with egg).

If these little mini pizzas look good to you, this is how I made them:

Slice each bagel and top with a spoonful of Rao’s marinara, mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni.

Broil until cheese is melty and lightly browned.

They are super filling and tasty.

Let me know how you use Sola Bagels!
