3 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

4 tbsp reduced fat parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp salt

3 tsp Italian seasoning

HOW TO MAKE IT

Brown ground beef with 1 tsp oregano, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp salt; set aside and cook spinach in pan drippings until tender.

Place spinach in separate bowl and add meat back to pan along with Rao's marinara, 1 tsp oregano, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp onion powder.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese with 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning.

Layer in a baking dish: Meat sauce, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella and top with the cooked spinach and remaining mozzarella cheese.
