Unusual number of DWI arrests top Erath County grand jury indictments.



 

An Erath County grand jury issued 22 indictments on Tuesday, with nearly one-third of those individuals arrested for driving while intoxicated.

 

The list of indictments include:

 


Justin Chase Baugh for driving while intoxicated (third of more offense), a third degree felony.

 

Christopher Michael Beyer for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third degree felony.

 

Jacob Tyler Burcham for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.

 

Valentine Franklin Clark for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony.

 


Jesse William Crockett for possession of a substance, a third degree felony.

 

Christina Rena Deleon for theft with previous convictions, a state jail felony.

 

Miguel Angel Fuentes for driving while intoxicated (third of more offense), a third degree felony.

 

Jose Eduardo Garcia for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, a third degree felony.

 


Fantyse Rickalle Gilder for theft of property with previous convictions, a state jail felony.

 

George Gunnar Grant for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.

 

Dana Leigh Harper-Kelley for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.

 

Krista Danielle Luera for driving while intoxicated with child passenger, a state jail felony.

 


Carlos Mendoza-Sanchez for driving while intoxicated (third of more offense), a third degree felony.

 

Elzie Wilbur Mercer, Jr. for possession of a substance, a second degree felony.

 

Taylor Ryan Morgan for driving while intoxicated (third of more offense), a third degree felony.

 

David Chase Morrison for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.

 

Zachary Taylor Quinn for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, a third degree felony.
