Tickets on sale for Chef Newton’s popup dinner. But you better act fast.
Cowboy Chef Mike Newton is giving the public a small taste of what’s coming in November when he opens the doors to his new restaurant in Stephenville - Newton’s Cellar Private Reserve.
Newton is hosting a popup dinner that will include a five-course meal at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26, at The Cellar in Stephenville.
But here’s the catch. There are only a very limited number of seats available.
Tickets are $100 per person, but first you have to secure a reservation by emailing newton@cowboychefnewton.com. You can make payment via Venmo to @cowboychefnewton.
The menu will include an ahi tuna tower, crawfish bisque, lobster salad and tournedos de boeuf (beef tenderloin and tequila bearnaise) served with truffle mac and cheese and braised collard greens.
Marbled chocolate wafers with chocolate mousse topped with crème anglais and cherry mint garnish will be served for dessert.
