This tomato and cheese bake recipe is a TikTok craze and a healthy dish your family will enjoy.
This is the original version (serves one), but scroll down a little further to find a version that is compliant with my diet plan.
WHAT’S IN IT
3 oz. goat cheese
2 oz. part skim ricotta cheese
2.63 oz. cherry tomatoes
5.46 oz. of cooked spaghetti squash or 1 package shirataki noodles or 1 cup palmini noodles.
1/2 clove garlic
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp of Italian seasoning
½ tsp balsamic vinegar
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake goat cheese, cherry tomatoes and all seasonings for 30 minutes.
Smash tomatoes with a fork and stir in ricotta cheese and your choice of noodle.

Serves one: 1 lean, 3 greens, 1 ¾ condiments (no healthy fats needed).
