Stephenville officials announce new manager of city’s Main Street program.
Stephenville officials have named Ashley Thomas as the new manager of the city’s Main Street program.
Thomas officially began her duties on Monday.
“As the Main Street manager for Stephenville, I'm excited to lead our community towards a brighter future,” she said. “I'm committed to revitalizing Main Street, preserving its unique character and fostering a sense of pride among residents.
“Through collaboration with local businesses, organizations and residents, I aim to create a vibrant, thriving Main Street that honors our past while embracing our future.
"Together, we'll build a stronger, more connected community that celebrates its heritage and paves the way for a prosperous tomorrow.”
Thomas graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies.
She and her husband Trent have lived in Stephenville for 10 years.
