Spice up your life with these low-calorie buffalo chicken lettuce wraps.

If you like a little kick with your meal, this recipe for buffalo chicken lettuce wraps has the perfect blend of low-calorie spicy goodness you will love.

WHAT’S IN IT


1 lb. lean ground chicken


1 cup chopped cucumber


1 cup chopped broccoli


1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Ground black pepper


1 tablespoon Frank’s Red Hot wing sauce


6 whole iceberg, romaine or Bibb lettuce


2 teaspoons olive oil

HOW TO MAKE IT

Heat oil in frying pan over medium-high heat and add ground chicken. Saute until cooked through, breaking into small pieces; season with sea salt and pepper.


Drain extra liquid from pan. Add hot sauce and mix until chicken is well-coated.

Scoop chicken into lettuce cups and add veggies.


(I lightly steam the broccoli.)


Optional tips: Light Blue Cheese dressing or add some blue cheese crumbles to the top.


Serves 2.
