Say hi to Noogy and Black Jack. They are this week’s featured pets.

Noogy

By SARA VANDEN BERGE

Things are still crowded at the Erath County Humane Society where 45 dogs and 41 cats are waiting for a new home.

So if you are looking to add to your family, stop by the animal shelter and make an adoption.

If you do, you’ll meet Noogy, a two-year-old pit mix.

“She is super sweet and loves to play in water,” said ECHS executive director Serena Wright.

Noogy is also good with other dogs, trained on a leash and microchipped.

Black Jack

If a cat is more your speed, you’ll want to meet Black Jack, a one-year-old female.

“She is a little shy, but loves to play with her toys and snuggle,” Wright said.

The animal shelter is located at 891 East Road in Stephenville.
