Salsa Verde chicken enchiladas make a delicious dinner the whole family will love.

After a long day of work and school, setting a pan of salsa verde chicken enchiladas in front of your family will make them smile.
This easy recipe is delicious and a perfect way to usher in cooler weather.
WHAT YOU NEED
1/2 cup flour
1 jar salsa Verde
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tbs butter
4 cups cooked chicken, well-seasoned
Lime
2 cups shredded cheese
10-12 tortillas
HOW TO MAKE IT
Cook and chop chicken; mix with lime and whatever seasoning your family likes, then set aside.
Over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour until it makes a roux.
Add in jar of salsa and let bubble; whisk in chicken broth until smooth.
Add heavy cream and allow to come together.
Coat bottom on baking dish with sauce.
Assemble your enchilada with cheese and chicken. Place in baking dish.
Cover with remainder of sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
