Do you know a healthcare professional whose compassion to their patients and dedication to the profession is worthy of public recognition?

If so, now is your chance to nominate them for September’s “Hometown Hero” award sponsored by Leslie Walker Farmers Insurance Agency.

Please include information about the healthcare worker you are nominating and don’t forget to include your name and phone number.

The nominations will be evaluated by a panel of judges and the winner will receive a certificate of appreciation, gift certificate to a local business, gift basket and treats for their coworkers.
